1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Graveyard Automotive for mobile mechanic services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Graveyard Automotive provides mobile automotive repair and maintenance services throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our services include but are not limited to engine repair, transmission service, brake service, electrical diagnostics, general maintenance, A/C service, and diagnostic scans.

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Additional issues discovered during diagnosis
  • Parts availability and pricing fluctuations
  • Actual time required to complete repairs
  • Additional services requested by the customer

We will always obtain your approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 10%.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. For repairs exceeding $500, a deposit may be required before ordering parts.

5. Warranty

Graveyard Automotive provides the following warranty coverage:

  • Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first
  • Parts: Covered by manufacturer's warranty (varies by part)

Warranty claims must be reported promptly. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about vehicle issues
  • Ensuring safe and adequate workspace for service
  • Removing valuables from the vehicle before service
  • Being available or providing access during appointments
  • Prompt payment for services rendered

7. Limitation of Liability

Graveyard Automotive's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or other economic damages.

8. Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee or requirement for prepayment on future appointments.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
